Overview

William Whalen represents and counsels employers in labor relations issues and employment litigation matters.

Bill primarily focuses his practice on labor relations, including collective bargaining, union organizing, representation proceedings, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and unfair labor practice proceedings arising before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Bill also counsels employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws and assists in representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in employment disputes brought under various federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Prior to joining Littler, Bill was an attorney in the labor and employment practice group of a full-service law firm representing both public and private sector clients in labor relations matters and employment disputes.
