Wilfred Gual Jr. focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
Before joining Littler, Wilfred was an associate at a boutique labor and employment firm, where he defended clients in complex employment and labor relations matters. He regularly handled claims involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and represented clients in arbitration and state and federal courts. His practice also included counseling clients on sensitive personnel issues, advising on collective bargaining strategy, and defending employers against unfair labor practice charges.
Wilfred previously worked as a public defender with the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, where he conducted numerous trials to verdict and advocated for indigent clients.
