Victoria A. Kovanis is an experienced labor and employment attorney with a background in taxation. 

Prior to joining Littler, Victoria spent seven years handling employment matters and tax controversy matters for a national full-service firm in San Francisco and Palo Alto.

During law school, she participated on the honors trial team and the moot court team, and served as lead articles editor on the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary. Victoria’s activities outside the classroom included the following: judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge Robert McQuaid, Jr. (D. Nev.); legal extern for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, U.S. Department of the Treasury; legal intern for the Civil Litigation Division at the U.S. Embassy in London, U.S. Department of Justice; summer law clerk for the General Counsel of the Air Force, U.S. Department of Defense; and special assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Cabinet Secretary, U.S. Department of Transportation.
