Throughout her professional career, Vânia Silva Leal has focused on labor law matters while with several law firms. In the performance of her duties, she has led and followed up on various judicial and non-judicial proceedings. Within the scope of corporate legal advisory, she has provided preventive services to the clients she worked with, monitoring the employment relationship from the time of the employment contract’s celebration until its termination, as well as overseeing its various developments (such as suspension of the employment contract, disciplinary proceedings, organization of working time, among others). Additionally, she has handled several administrative offense proceedings before regulatory authorities, as well as multiple judicial cases, representing both employers and employees.
She is currently attending post-graduate courses in social security law and labor law, and has completed several short courses related to labor law.
