Trevor H. Taniguchi

Trevor H. Taniguchi focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. 

Trevor was formerly an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. His practice included litigating healthcare and COVID-19 fraud matters including False Claims Act and qui tam actions. He also defended Federal Tort Claims Act, immigration, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination matters. Trevor served as a detailee to the January 6th prosecutions. 

Before his work for the government, Trevor was in private practice as a civil litigator with two AmLaw 100 firms.
