Stephanie Teece

Stephanie Teece represents employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment litigation matters including claims involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation.

Before joining Littler, Stephanie served as a law clerk to the Hon. Wes Reber Porter of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii. In this role, she gained extensive experience in civil and employment litigation, with a focus on complex discovery disputes and motion practice. Prior to her clerkship, Stephanie practiced as a litigation associate at a full-service law firm defending employers in commercial and employment matters.

During law school, Stephanie was a staff editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal.
