As a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and based in Virginia, Stephanie Bryant Holland is responsible for handling administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focused on handling charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, Stephanie defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information and/or pursues resolution of the charge through formal or informal settlement negotiations.

Stephanie has significant experience representing clients before administrative agencies, as well as state and federal court, and arbitration. She credits her ability to anticipate the opposing party’s arguments and strategy to her significant experience both prosecuting and defending cases.

Prior to joining Littler, Stephanie practiced law in Washington, D.C. for over a decade. Most recently, she was in private practice in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She focused her practice on labor arbitration and employment discrimination. Stephanie began her legal career at a small firm concentrating on employment law and civil litigation. Before law school, Stephanie worked as a probation officer for the State of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.
