Stephan Gheysen brings more than 20 years of employment and labour law experience to Littler, gained through roles in employers’ organisations, as an in-house HR attorney, and in law firms. This broad background enables him to combine legal experience with a strong understanding of HR and commercial priorities, delivering proactive, pragmatic advice.
Stephan advises Danish and international employers on collective bargaining, transfer of undertakings, discrimination, dismissals, reorganisations, incentive schemes, restrictive covenants and occupational health and safety. He is an experienced litigator.
A qualified mediator and negotiator with extensive experience, Stephan balances hard negotiations with exploring the zone of possible agreement, helping clients resolve complex disputes achieving practical, sustainable outcomes.
