Stefanie M. Mederos’ practice includes the defense of employment-related claims, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge lawsuits. Stefanie also has experience handling Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), life, health and disability litigation matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Stefanie worked at several general litigation law firms, where she focused on commercial, aviation, insurance defense and employment litigation. She has handled all facets of litigation, including administrative charges, lawsuits in federal and state court and appellate proceedings.
