Overview

Sebastian Juli focuses his practice on advising and representing businesses, particularly family-owned companies, in employment law issues. His broad range of experience covers business changes and successions, negotiations on reconciliation of interests and severance structures, and responsibility for executive bodies. He advises managers, executive bodies and commercial agents on all issues of individual law. He also advises on employment law and career planning for professional athletes, and works with sports law and the law of associations.

Before joining vangard, Sebstian worked for several boutique employment law firms and was also co-founder of one of them. He was admitted to the bar in 2005 and has been a specialized attorney (Fachanwalt) for employment law in Germany since 2009. Sebastian regularly publishes articles in employment law journals.
