Scott Beimer

Scott Beimer is a seasoned legal professional concentrating in litigation of diverse matters in both state and federal jurisdictions. Before joining Littler, Scott honed his legal practice at a boutique trial firm. There, he represented healthcare organizations and providers involving medical negligence matters. Scott’s litigation skills have been honed at every phase of the legal process, from case inception to courtroom triumph.
Prior to starting his private practice, Scott served with honor as a judge advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps. During his tenure, he tirelessly defended hundreds of service members facing federal prosecution, leading to an impressive record that included eight trials by courts-martial. His cases involved a wide array of offenses, from sex crimes, kidnapping, theft, to drug offenses. Scott continues to serve as a judge advocate and is Base Magistrate for Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
Scott has been the recipient of numerous military awards and commendations including: Combat Action Ribbon, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
