Sarah Beth Jones
Sarah Beth Jones represents employers of all sizes in employment matters. She brings more than a decade of legal experience to her practice, including the past four years dedicated to employment law. Her practice focuses on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace policies, compliance, and supporting employers through sensitive personnel matters. Driven by a deep curiosity about workplace dynamics, Sarah Beth enjoys examining issues from different perspectives and offering clients thoughtful, practical solutions.
She previously practiced employment law in the education context, advising and representing schools across Washington on a wide range of workplace issues.
Sarah Beth also served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Alaska, where she concentrated in prosecuting criminal nonsupport cases and worked closely with state agencies. She continues to assist employers in Alaska with employment‑related matters.
While in law school, she was a staff editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review, externed for Magistrate Judge Shon T. Erwin of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, and interned with the Oklahoma Innocence Project.
