Overview

Sara A. Zimmerman represents management in labor and employment matters. She has experience in single plaintiff litigation including claims of wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination, as well as individual wage and hour matters. In addition to class action and representative action experience, she has a substantial background in arbitration. She has responded to charges from the EEOC and DFEH, and appeared in front of the Labor Commissioner. 

Prior to joining Littler, Sara worked with a variety of clients, from family owned restaurants to Fortune 500 companies, while with a national labor and employment defense firm. Previously, Sara was employed at a general civil defense firm, where she second-chaired a jury trial to a complete defense verdict.
