Robert Rojas represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a practice centered on litigation defense, administrative charges, and practical workplace counseling. He regularly advises national and regional employers on complex employee relations issues and partners with in-house teams to develop strategic, business-oriented solutions aimed at reducing risk and resolving disputes efficiently.

Robert has substantial experience defending employers in federal and state court litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He is actively involved in all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategy. In addition to his litigation work, he maintains a significant administrative practice, representing employers before the EEOC and comparable state agencies. He frequently prepares position statements, manages investigations, and works toward favorable early resolutions of claims.

He is experienced in guiding employers through large, complex portfolios of claims, ensuring efficient handling and alignment with broader business objectives. Robert also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, including workplace investigations, accommodation requests, disciplinary actions, and compliance with federal and state employment laws, and supports training initiatives designed to prevent disputes before they arise.

Robert’s client base spans a diverse range of industries, and his experience reflects a strong focus on representing large, multi-state employers with complex operations. He frequently works with companies in the retail and convenience store sector, as well as healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial organizations. Across these industries, he is known for delivering practical guidance tailored to each client’s business needs, while effectively managing litigation and regulatory risk.
