Remi Omidiji advises employers and litigates matters in all areas of employment law under federal, state, and local law. She has experience counseling and defending employers on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Defense of discrimination and harassment claims
  • Compliance counseling
  • Workplace policies
  • Discipline and performance issues
  • Disability discrimination and protected leave issues
  • Internal investigations

Prior to joining Littler, she worked at a large global firm, where she maintained a domestic and cross-border labor and employment law practice including transactions, litigation, and advice and counsel.
