Overview

R. Benjamin McMichael focuses his practice on a range of labor and employment law matters. 

As a first-year associate, Ben has general interests in the areas of wage and hour actions, audit services, government contractors, higher education, and unfair competition and trade secrets.

While in law school, Ben served as a graduate research assistant to both the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor Anthony Michael Kreis. Additionally, Ben served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Brian K. Epps, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and as a policy and prosecution extern for the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia.
