Peter C. Prynkiewicz represents employers in connection with all types of claims involving:

  • Discrimination
  • Harassment
  • Wrongful termination
  • Leave and disability
  • Breach of employment contracts
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Wages

A significant part of Peter’s practice includes joining cases only after it becomes clear that they are going to trial. He has been lead counsel for employers in 18 jury trials, 17 of which ended in verdicts, including 13 complete defense verdicts, one plaintiff’s verdict that was reversed on appeal, and three cases in which employers paid damages. Peter has represented employers in 13 arbitration hearings, resulting in 11 complete defense awards and two awards in which claimants were awarded a fraction of their final settlement offers. He has also represented employers in five bench trials, with three of those resulting in complete defense awards and two resulting in non-monetary awards to plaintiffs.

  • Complete defense verdict following a three-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in New York City in May 2026
  • Complete defense award following a two-day arbitration in January 2026
  • Complete defense verdict following a five-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon in Portland, Oregon, in June 2025
  • Complete defense verdict following a four-day jury trial in the Third Judicial District Court for the County of Dona Ana in Las Cruces, New Mexico, in January 2025
  • Complete defense award following a four-day arbitration resulting in an award of $400,000 in attorneys’ fees for our client in October 2024
  • Complete defense verdict following a four-day jury trial in Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix in May 2023
  • Complete defense verdict following a five-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in Tucson in February 2022
  • Complete defense verdict following a four-day jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona in Phoenix in September 2021
