Overview

Paul Carruthers focuses his practice exclusively on labor and employment law. He has been responsible for cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, handling all aspects of discovery and mediating cases. 

Prior to joining Littler, Paul worked at a small local employment law boutique, where he spent six years representing employers and employees in employment law litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has handled cases arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Section 1981, the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as state and local laws.
