Ololade J. Iwotor joined Littler after a two-year clerkship with the Hon. Magistrate Judge Justin S. Anand, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia. There, she researched case law and drafted opinions, including dispositive motions, on various cases involving claims brought under the ADA, ADEA, FCRA, Social Security Disability Insurance, and Title VII, among others. Lolade reviewed all discovery to support the drafting of opinions on parties’ motions for summary judgment. Further, she oversaw all aspects of case management and docket administration to ensure timely rulings from the Court.

During law school, Lolade served as notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Modern Critical Race Perspectives, was a student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, a Trial Advocacy Team member, and a research assistant for Professor Jamillah Bowman Williams. She also served as a board member for the Office of Admissions’ Early Outreach Initiative. 

Before law school, Lolade studied abroad in China as a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholar and maintained leadership roles on campus in the Student Government Association and Student Alumni Council at the University of Georgia.
