Olivia Tomita represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour actions. She has been involved in various phases of legal disputes, including pre-litigation demands, CRD/DFEH charges, and trial preparation. Olivia represents clients in a variety of industries, including in the retail, technology, and hospitality fields.
During law school, Olivia served as a judicial extern with the Santa Clara County Superior Court and as a legal extern with the California Office of the Attorney General, Employment and Administrative Mandate Section. She was also a member of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal.
