Nina Stroescu represents employers in the defense of federal and state employment law claims at every stage of litigation. Her practice includes matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), as well as in Washington state courts and federal courts in the Ninth Circuit. Nina also advises clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including the preparation and review of employee handbooks and personnel policies and practices.
Prior to joining Littler, Nina practiced civil defense in both regional and national law firms in the state of Missouri, where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation. Nina began her career as an assistant public defender in St. Louis City, where she represented adult and juvenile indigent clients and served as lead counsel in both jury and bench trials.
