Overview

Nickoloz Snovely devotes his practice to advising and representing employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including claims arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Rehabilitation Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Texas Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

In addition to defending employers against discrimination claims, Niko has experience representing companies for claims involving the breach of noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements. 

Prior to joining Littler, he worked as an associate for a national firm where he represented both public and private employers in a wide variety of employment, commercial, and Section 1983 claims in both state and federal court. 

During law school, Niko served as an associate articles editor for the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal. Outside of the classroom, he clerked for a Houston-based trial firm engaged primarily in collective action litigation under the FLSA.
