Overview

Nicholas Gioiello represents and counsels clients in in a range of employment and labor law matters. He has represented employers in both single plaintiff and class actions in state and federal court, including defending against claims brought pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act, wage and hour claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation. Nicholas has been responsible for all aspects of case management, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and settlement negotiations. He has also taken an active role in providing counsel to employers concerning their compliance with California law.

While in law school, Nicholas was a judicial intern for Hon. William Monahan of The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. Nicholas also participated in Honors Moot Court (Internal).
