Nathan Prihoda concentrates his practice in employment and labor law. He has handled claims brought under Title VII and state law fair employment practices statutes, in addition to wage and hour claims raised under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other analogous laws.  

Nathan has represented employers in connection with claims pending before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor and the Texas Commission on Human Rights, and cases involving employment contracts. Nathan also has represented life, health and disability insurers in litigation matters throughout Texas in state and federal courts, under ERISA and state law claims, including litigation involving ERISA and disputes over disability, life and health coverage. 

He is experienced in all stages of litigation, including preparation of pleadings, drafting and arguing nondispositive and dispositive motions, discovery and ediscovery, and trial and appeals.
