Natasha's background includes experience with two Washington, D.C. based commercial litigation firms with a concentration in the defense of corporate clients in governmental investigations and enforcement actions. She counseled corporate clients and their in-house counsel and key business stakeholders on risk mitigation and litigation avoidance strategies to ensure compliance with the ever-changing legal landscape while efficiently obtaining corporate goals. Natasha achieved a 100% success rate in countering governmental actors’ motions for preliminary injunctions aimed at prohibiting corporate clients from operating within the District of Columbia.
She has successfully defended clients against claims in state and federal court in many phases of commercial disputes including pleadings, law and motion, complex discovery issues, and mediation.
