Morgan N. Gross advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Morgan has experience defending clients in civil litigation disputes and moving cases through all stages of litigation. Specifically, her work experience includes drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and opposing motions, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients at court-ordered settlement conferences and private mediation.
During law school, Morgan served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Jeremy D. Peterson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. She also held leadership positions on the Student Bar Association and Moot Court Honors Board.
