Min Song

Min Song focuses her practice on labor and employment law, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective shaped by her background in both public health and law. Prior to joining Littler, she completed internships with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Attorney's Office.

While earning her graduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, Min's research focused on the intersection of health policy, technology, and privacy law. As part of her graduate work, she authored Virtually Defenseless in a Digital Era: The Necessary Revisions HIPAA Must Adopt in the Twenty-First Century, a policy-driven analysis examining the need to modernize healthcare data privacy protections.
