She is particularly experienced in navigating sensitive and high-exposure claims involving sexual harassment, sexual battery, and workplace assault, with a focus on protecting client reputation and minimizing litigation risk.
She also handles complex wage and hour matters, including class actions and PAGA representative actions, involving alleged violations of overtime, meal and rest periods, and off-the-clock work.
