Overview

Miguel Arberas López regularly advises on judicial and nonjudicial matters to numerous national and multinational companies from various sectors of activity (banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, media, and new technologies).

He has extensive experience in the design and implementation of labor aspects in company or business unit transfer operations, collective dismissals, collective bargaining, collective files of substantial modification of working conditions, nonapplication of the agreement or, among other aspects, advice to senior managers and professional athletes. He has directed hundreds of judicial proceedings in all instances, including the National Court and the Supreme Court.

He combines his professional activity as a lawyer with teaching, being an Associate Professor of the Department of Private, Social and Economic Law (Area of ​​Labor and Social Security Law) of the Autonomous University of Madrid.
