Michelle A. Christy is a trusted advisor and experienced litigator who represents clients in employment matters across a broad spectrum of industries, including agriculture, public utilities, healthcare, retail, and real estate. She delivers strategic counsel and advocacy, guiding clients through every stage of litigation from early dispute resolution to appeals with a strong track record of successful outcomes.

Michelle also defends employers in administrative proceedings before both state and federal agencies, offering comprehensive support in complex matters. Her practice includes advising clients on issues related to unfair competition, trade secrets, employee leaves and accommodations, workplace investigations, independent contractor classification, personnel policies, unionization, unfair labor practices, and employee relations from recruitment through termination.

Before joining Littler, Michelle represented government entities in employment, civil rights, and data practices matters. During law school, she interned with the Ramsey County District Court and competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team.

Michelle is known for her practical, solution-oriented approach and her commitment to partnering with clients to navigate the evolving landscape of employment law with confidence.
