Overview

Michelle A. Christy is a litigator and advisor, representing clients in employment matters in a wide array of industries – including medical, agricultural, entertainment, healthcare, retail, and real estate. She has secured successful results for clients at all stages of litigation from pre-litigation resolution through appeal. Michelle has also successfully defended clients in administrative proceedings before both state and federal agencies, acting as both an advocate and counselor.

Prior to joining Littler, Michelle represented government entities in employment, civil rights, and data practices matters. During law school, she interned in Ramsey County District Court and competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team. Michelle has also volunteered as a mediator in Hennepin County Housing and Harassment Courts.
