Michael advises clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including disability accommodations, performance management, workplace disputes, contracts and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance. He has successfully litigated matters in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions, securing summary judgments and appellate wins. Michael also represents employers before federal and state enforcement agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor, OFCCP, Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, and civil rights commissions in California and Washington.
