Overview

Melanie Rollins represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including matters involving claims of discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. She also advises and counsels clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, and assists clients with drafting employment contracts and workplace policies.

Prior to joining Littler, Melanie represented and counseled public entity clients in labor and employment matters at a California law firm.

During law school, Melanie served as a managing editor for the UCLA Law Review. She also served as an extern to the Hon. Franz E. Miller of the Orange County Superior Court.
