Overview

Matthew W. Kurlinski represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before federal, state, and municipal administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division, and the Madison Equal Opportunities Commission. He defends employers in labor arbitrations and has handled appeals to the Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission, Wisconsin Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. 

Prior to joining Littler, Matt was an attorney in the labor and employment relations practice group at a large regional law firm. In addition, he spent almost ten years with the U. S. federal government working predominantly overseas in a variety of roles related to national security and transnational issues.
