Overview

Mathew W. Beckwith focuses his practice on litigating employment matters arising in state and federal court, as well as at the administrative level. He has experience representing clients before the Connecticut Commission of Human Rights and Opportunities and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mathew also advises, assists, and counsels employers on various issues concerning compliance with federal and state employment laws, termination procedures, and other employment issues to minimize potential liability. Additionally, he has experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing employment contracts and severance agreements.
