Mary Mathews represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, helping organizations navigate workplace disputes and employment-related claims. Her practice focuses primarily on employment litigation, traditional labor matters, and agency charge matters, where she assists management-side clients through all stages of a case, from early strategy and investigation through dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution. She has experience handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other equal employment opportunity (EEO) issues, as well as wage and hour-related claims. Her experience spans a range of industries, including retail, transportation, healthcare, and government contracting.
Having been part of Littler since 2014 in several capacities before becoming an attorney, Mary brings a practical, collaborative approach to client service. Mary graduated first in her law school class while attending on a full merit scholarship. Before pursuing a legal career, Mary studied violin performance and has continued to share her passion for music through teaching and community performances.
