Overview

Marina Lamas joined the firm in 2006. She regularly advises on contentious and non-contentious matters to numerous national and multinational companies from various sectors; including banking, insurance, energy, distribution, hospitality, tourism, services, the media, new technologies, etc.). She also advises senior executives.

She has extensive experience in contentious advice on Labor Law, Social Security and Occupational Risk Prevention; contentious advice on Administrative Law; individual conciliations before the Department of Labor; legal assistance in Labor Inspections; advice on Employment Policy; and Labor Audits.

She collaborates with the specialized human resources magazine Observatorio, through the publication of articles related to labor law matters.
