Marielle Oes provides pragmatic, solution-oriented advice on all aspects of employment law. She represents her clients with commitment and care in proceedings before courts and administrative authorities. She joined the firm in 2026.
Prior to joining Littler, she worked as a junior associate at a commercial law firm in Zurich and as a legal trainee at the Civil Court of Basel-Stadt. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant in employment and social security law at the Chair of Social Private Law held by Prof. Dr. iur. Kurt Pärli at the University of Basel.
