Marcia C. Laurido Soto

Marcia Caridad Laurido Soto advises and represents employers in workplace legal matters. She counsels clients on how to prevent or prepare for potential litigation on issues including wrongful termination, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Marcia represents clients before federal, state and administrative forums, including the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and EEOC. She has also handled unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.

Marcia helps employers develop employee handbooks and policies, assists with internal investigations, and offers guidance on all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.

During law school, Marcia was a member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and served as a teaching assistant to Professor Glenda Labadie Jackson.
