Malcolm J. Ingram focuses his practice on representing employers in complex labor and employment matters. He advises clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, appearing before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies, and is known for developing strategic, business-focused approaches that both minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes when disputes arise.

He has significant experience defending employers against a wide range of employment claims, including allegations involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation under statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He also regularly handles matters involving wage and hour issues and trade secret misappropriation. In addition to litigation, he conducts internal workplace investigations and advises clients on the full spectrum of day-to-day employment issues, including hiring practices, employee discipline and performance management, and leave and accommodation matters. 

Malcolm works with organizations across a broad array of industries, including technology and e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, insurance, franchising, higher education, manufacturing, staffing, construction, and nonprofit organizations. Drawing on this cross-industry experience, he partners with employers to navigate evolving workplace challenges and implement practical, forward looking solutions tailored to their business objectives.
