Madeline I. Wachs exclusively practices eDiscovery on labor and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Littler, Maddi co-led the eDiscovery Center for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California handling the nation’s most sensitive matters, including national security cases, as well as white collar and complex RICO cases. In this role, Maddi oversaw e-litigation of hundreds of federal cases and trials. She served on prosecution teams for high-profile cases, including the trial of a prominent tech company founder and COO accused of fraud, and a case involving an individual who attempted to kidnap a senior U.S. government leader and assaulted that leader’s spouse. Maddi was also on the prosecution team of high-profile sexual abuse cases within a low-security United States federal prison.
