Overview

M. Brandon Rosenstein focuses his practice entirely on the representation of employers and insurers.

While with a well-known and reputable defense firm in Atlanta, Brandon honed his trial and alternative dispute resolution skills. He focused on the management of workers’ compensation claims in Georgia, from initial claim inception through litigation or resolution via mediation or informal settlement negotiations. This experience gave Brandon a unique perspective into the management of employer safety policies and procedures, while also allowing direct opportunities to counsel clients on preventative measures and to insulate them from liability in potential future claims.
