Lizzy Stewart focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters.
She performs pre-acquisition due diligence to identify employment obligations and liabilities that may impact the value and structure of a transaction. Lizzy also advises clients on compliance with federal and state Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Acts in connection with workforce reductions and restructurings and has experience assisting with litigation arising from alleged WARN Act violations.
Lizzy also represents employers in a broad range of traditional labor and employment matters, such as:
