Overview

Lindsay Proskey focuses her practice on litigation defense involving claims related to breach of contract, noncompete agreements, negligent hiring, supervision, retention, workplace assault and battery, defamation, premises liability, and healthcare defense. Lindsay also has experience with agency claims made under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Arizona Civil Rights Act, the Illinois Civil Rights Act, and the Pump Act of 2023.
