Overview

Linde Blocher focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Linde served for two years as a judicial law clerk for District Judge Bruce S. Jenkins in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. During her clerkship, she drafted memorandum opinions and orders and conducted in-depth legal research. Her clerkship experience gave her insight to help guide employers through the litigation process.

During law school, she served as senior editor on Southern California Law Review and the chief technical editor on the student-led publication Spotlight. She was a student mentor in the Women’s Law Society and a teaching assistant for two professors in two courses. Finally, she was a law clerk for FX Networks at Disney while in law school.

Linde completed half of her undergraduate coursework in Qingdao, China, as part of her major in Intercultural Chinese Studies from Missouri State University.
