Leslie M. Perkins focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. Her experience includes employment litigation in state and federal court including employment discrimination, WARN Act, noncompetes, wage and hour, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, and FLSA class action matters. She has also handled internal investigations and defended employers before governmental agencies such as the EEOC, state labor commissions, and the Department of Labor.
Leslie provides training sessions to in-house teams to ensure they have the tools needed to comply with state and federal laws, and has drafted comprehensive employee handbooks and policies to help employers have strong and defensible processes.
