Leslie Currie represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters at all stages of the litigation process, including claims of discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. Her practice also involves conducting internal investigations related to employment matters, representing employers facing agency complaints and inspections, and providing general advice and counsel to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local law.
While in law school, Leslie served as an editor of the Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender & Class and as vice president of the International Law Society. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a legal secretary at a large multi-practice law firm in Alexandria, Virginia, and as an English language teaching assistant in Cartagena, Spain.
