Laura Jousselin assists a wide range of clients, from large international firms to French companies, on all aspects of French employment law, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.
She provides clients with secure, practical and tailored-made solutions to help them implement their social strategy. Laura also has strong experience in the social aspects of restructuring, M&A deals, and redundancy processes. She regularly supports foreign companies in their social operations in France.
Laura is skilled in understanding the nuances and obligations of an employer’s pay equity obligations. She partners with clients on navigating the real-world implications of evolving pay transparency legislation and is a member of Littler’s coordinating committee on the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Laura is a graduate of the Master 2 Research in Employment Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and of the CAPA, promotion Robert Badinter in 2014. She is a lecturer at the Paris Bar School (EFB), the Haute Ecole des Avocats Conseils (HEDAC), and a trainer at the Institute of Social Management (IGS).
