Laura Helena Buriticá focuses her practice on advising companies on labor relations and strategic workforce management. As part of the firm’s Advisory, Collective Bargaining, and Training Units, she supports organizations in addressing labor challenges and strengthening their labor relations strategies.
Laura has more than 15 years of experience working at leading labor law firms, where she has advised companies on a wide range of employment matters. In addition to her legal practice, she has been actively involved in academic and training initiatives, serving as an assistant professor in specialization programs in labor law and social security and as a regular speaker in diploma programs and training courses.
