Overview

Kurt Peterson is a highly accomplished and effective litigator. His practice is national in scope, representing companies across the country. Kurt has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience, and has successfully argued at the appellate levels on numerous occasions, including before the 3rd, 6th and 11th circuit Courts of Appeal.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kurt advises clients on employment law issues, with particular skill as to religious and disability discrimination and accommodation issues, and legal challenges to diversity initiatives and programs.
