Overview

Kerri Feczko has broad experience in advising and defending employers in all aspects of employment law including employee discipline, workplace investigations, contract disputes, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour, labor relations, civil rights, and federal and state employment discrimination matters.

Kerri has handled a multitude of complex litigation matters before federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Department of Labor, and Illinois Department of Employment Security. Kerri also routinely assists clients with various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, such as private and agency-based mediation, and court-sponsored settlement conferences.

Additionally, she has represented employers in traditional labor matters including investigating, responding to, and arbitrating grievances, as well as responding to unfair labor practice (ULP) charges and complaints.

Prior to joining Littler, Kerri was an attorney in the litigation and labor and employment practice groups of a full-service Chicago law firm representing school districts, municipalities, community colleges, and other public entities.

During law school, Kerri served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Amy St. Eve in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and interned with the Illinois Attorney General Office. She was an editor of the DePaul Journal of Sports Law & Contemporary Problems, a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Analysis, and a research assistant for an employment discrimination professor.
